- Consume food with more fiber. Make a list of food that are high in fiber and make it a point to include them daily in your diet. Greens and leafy vegetables are a very good choice.
- If your bottom problem persists or it is not getting relieved consult your doctor. A laxative can be recommended by your doctor to ease your bottom problem or constipation.
- Your doctor may also recommend sitz bath to ease the pain in the bottom area. You may use warm water in the sitz bath as warm water has a soothing effect.
