Why bottom problem prevents people from continuing diet and exercising?

People who are undergoing diet and exercising for weight reduction, or someone who has undergone weight-loss treatment or surgery complain of the bottom problem and they are unable to continue their weight loss regimen. What are the reasons behind it and what are the solutions?

A large number of people often complain that they are unable to continue their weight loss journey. The first and foremost point is when the intake of food is low, the output is also reduced which can cause constipation. This can lead to fissures initially. If the constipation is unattended to for a very long period of time, then it may lead to piles or hemorrhoids.

The second reason is when the body is losing weight, the body requires more water. If we are not hydrated well enough, the motion can become dry which can cause irritation in the bottom area. If the motion becomes dry it can cause fissure as the motion is pushed outside. The dry motion can tear the soft tissues of the anal region causing fissure. If the person has piles or hemorrhoids already it can aggravate the piles condition present.

The third reason is the reduction in weight can reduce the fat in the buttocks. This can cause a pricking sensation.
